Privacy policy
This site collects the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form and the newsletter signup, along with the technical data needed to keep it secure. No data is sold. You can request deletion at any time through the contact form.
Data controller
Guillaume SEBAG, sole proprietor registered in Canada, province of New Brunswick. Contact for any question about data: contact form
What data is collected
Contact form. Name, email address, type of need, indicative budget and message. This data is used only to answer your request.
Newsletter signup. First name, last name and email address. This data is used only to send the newsletter you subscribed to.
Audience measurement. Aggregated traffic statistics may be collected. No individual advertising profile is built from browsing this site.
Contact form protection. When you start filling in the contact form, your IP address and technical characteristics of your browser are sent to Cloudflare, which uses them to check that the form is being used by a person rather than a bot.
No sensitive data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation is collected.
Legal basis and purpose
Processing relies on your consent, given explicitly when submitting the form or subscribing to the newsletter, and on the legitimate interest in answering a commercial request you initiated.
Protecting the form against automated submissions relies on the legitimate interest in keeping it free of spam, without which it would become unusable.
Processors
Brevo is used as the newsletter sending platform. By submitting the signup form you agree that the data provided is transferred to Brevo and processed under its own privacy policy.
O2Switch hosts the site in France and processes technical connection logs in that capacity.
Cloudflare provides Turnstile, the service that protects the contact form against bots. For this check, Cloudflare acts as a processor. Under its own terms, it also uses these signals to improve its bot detection, and acts as a controller in that capacity. Details are in the Turnstile privacy addendum. As Cloudflare is a US company, this data may be processed outside the European Union; Cloudflare states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention period
Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, then for three years from the last contact for commercial follow up.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, which is possible at any time via the link in every email.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form. You will receive an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may contact the competent supervisory authority: the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés in France, or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies
Details of the cookies used and how to refuse them are on the cookie settings page.
